About the manufacturer

Fidencio Mezcal is a project of fourth-generation mezcalero Enrique Jiménez's family from Santiago Matatlán – one of the most important mezcal production centers in Oaxaca. The family has continued the tradition since 1887, and today combines inherited knowledge with a more modern approach in their production. Fidencio is special because the family grows its own agaves and controls the entire production process – from agave cultivation to bottling.
