About the manufacturer
The Jean-Marc Brocard winery is famous not only for some of the best biodynamic Chablis, but also for its special connection with nature. Today, Julien Brocard, who heads the estate, is often seen in the vineyards with a companion – his loyal dog Olla, who has become a true calling card of the winery. Olla constantly appears in the winery's photos and reminds us of Brocard's philosophy: a healthy vineyard is a living ecosystem where there is room not only for vines, but also for animals, insects, and people. This perfectly reflects Brocard's approach to biodynamics – working with nature, not against it.
