About the manufacturer
Jean-Marc Brocard winery is famous not only for some of the best biodynamic Chablis, but also for its special connection to nature. Today, Julien Brocard, who runs the estate, is often seen in the vineyards accompanied by his loyal dog Olla, who has become a true symbol of the winery. Olla constantly appears in the winery's photos and reminds us of Brocard's philosophy: a healthy vineyard is a living ecosystem where there is room not only for vines, but also for animals, insects, and people. This perfectly reflects Brocard's approach to biodynamics – working with nature, not against it.
