The aroma reveals ripe pears, melons, lemons, and white peaches, along with light notes of hazelnut, sage, and citrus zest. On the palate, the wine is very refreshing yet rounded, with a pronounced mineral tension. The taste combines white fruits, grapefruit zest, a delicate butteriness from malolactic fermentation, and a subtle chalky bitterness on the finish. The aftertaste is dry, vibrant, and highly gastronomic.

Jeff Carrel is one of the most famous contemporary consultants and winemakers in Southern France, known for his ability to create highly drinkable, characteristic wines that offer excellent value for money. At the beginning of his career, he worked with iconic Southern French names such as Grange des Pères and Mas Daumas Gassac, and later developed his own projects in the Languedoc region.
