The aroma is dominated by lemon, lime, green apples, and white fruits, alongside notes of wet chalk, herbs, and subtle marine nuances. On the palate, the wine is very refreshing, light, and "crystalline" in style, with vibrant acidity and a mineral tension. The flavors include citrus, grapefruit peel, the crispness of green apple, and a slight saltiness. The finish is dry, energetic, and a touch chalky.

Jeff Carrel is one of the most famous contemporary consultants and winemakers in Southern France, known for his ability to create highly drinkable, characteristic wines that offer excellent value for money. At the beginning of his career, he worked with iconic Southern French names such as Grange des Pères and Mas Daumas Gassac, and later developed his own projects in the Languedoc region.
