A classic rosé from Southern France, made from the Cinsault grape, which naturally provides a light, gentle, and aromatic profile. The aroma is dominated by strawberries, raspberries, cherry blossoms, peach, and light citrus notes, with hints of floral (rose petal) scents. On the palate, the wine is dry, light-bodied, with a bright but gentle acidity that gives a sense of freshness and "summery" lightness. The finish is clean and fruity.
About the manufacturer
The producer Les Vignobles Foncalieu is one of the largest cooperatives in the Languedoc region. They unite hundreds of winegrowers and operate throughout the south of France, from Carcassonne to Béziers. The region is famous for its sunny climate, Mediterranean influence, and very diverse soils, which is why Languedoc is considered one of France's most dynamic wine regions today.
