The aroma is dominated by lemon, green apple, pear, and white flowers. There is also a characteristic Chablis "flint" / chalk mineral undertone.
On the palate, the wine is dry, very fresh, with bright acidity and a clean, almost salty mineral finish. The 2024 vintage maintains a light yet precise structure.

About the manufacturer

Louis Jadot is one of Burgundy’s most important and historically influential négociant houses, founded in Beaune in 1859. The winery was established by Louis Henry Denis Jadot, who began by acquiring vineyards in the Côte de Beaune region with the aim of creating wines that reflected the character of Burgundy’s various terroirs, rather than the style of a single estate. By the early 20th century, the Jadot family was firmly established in the Burgundian wine trade market, and a crucial turning point occurred when the company began to expand its relationships with high-quality vineyard owners across the entire region – from Chablis in the north to Mâconnais in the south. This allowed them to become one of the few houses capable of offering a complete “map” of Burgundy within a single portfolio.
After World War II, Louis Jadot became a globally recognized name, especially due to its consistent style: clean, classic, and technically precise Burgundy wines. In 1985, the company was acquired by the American Farraut family, but complete autonomy in winemaking in Burgundy was maintained, which allowed the traditional style to be preserved while strengthening international expansion. Today, Jadot is one of Burgundy's largest estate and négociant houses, managing both its own vineyards (including Premier Cru and Grand Cru plots) and working with long-term partners throughout the region.
