The aroma is dominated by citrus, linden blossom, green apples, and lemon zest. On the palate, the wine is refreshing, lightly rounded, with prominent acidity and the characteristic Chablis minerality imparted by the Kimmeridgian limestone soil. The finish is long, clean, and refreshingly mineral.

About the manufacturer

Maison Louis Latour is one of Burgundy's oldest and most prestigious family wineries, founded in 1797 in the village of Aloxe-Corton. The Latour family had been growing grapes since the 17th century, and over more than two centuries, they built one of the largest Grand Cru vineyard estates in all of Burgundy. The historic Château Corton Grancey, acquired in the late 19th century, and a modern, ahead-of-its-time five-story gravity-flow winery became the family's most important symbols. To this day, the company remains independent and run by the Latour family, and its philosophy is based on respect for terroir, traditional winemaking, and exceptional attention to quality. Maison Louis Latour is also the only company in Burgundy with its own cooperage (tonnellerie), where oak barrels are produced annually for aging their wines.
