Luís Seabra Vinhos – Luís Seabra's personal project, launched after more than a decade working at Niepoort winery. Seabra is one of the winemakers who helped showcase a different side of Douro: not just powerful, concentrated, and high-alcohol, but also fresh, mineral, and elegant. His wines are made from old vineyards and native Douro varieties, with great emphasis on the natural character of the vineyards. The name Xisto Ilimitado means "unlimited schist" – a reference to the schist soil that shapes the Douro landscape. Seabra aims to preserve biodiversity and soil vitality in his vineyards, and uses minimal intervention in the cellar.
