This champagne reflects the character of the Côte des Bar region, dominated by Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are harvested in the village of Bar-sur-Seine, exclusively from the best part of the first pressing. Aged for 3-5 years on the lees in steel barrels to maintain the purity and delicacy of the wine. The aroma reveals white flowers, as well as fruit notes - apples, pears, white peaches, raspberries. The taste reveals yellow peaches, apples, strawberries, giving the champagne elegance and depth.

About the manufacturer

Located in Celles-sur-Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar region, the Marcel Vézien Champagne House cherishes a tradition that began in the 19th century: it was here, during the time of Armand Vézien, that the first vineyards were planted, and then, in 1956, his grandson Marcel created this Champagne House, committed to continuing the family passion for Champagne. It is like a synthesis of past and present, the first culmination where high quality is combined with a long history and local culture.
The houses from the Côte des Bar region base their philosophy on respect for the land and family traditions. For several generations, they have been managing their vineyards sustainably and responsibly, carefully selecting the berries, paying great attention to the health of the soil and the natural character of the grape. Their idea is simple but profound: to grow champagne that preserves the spirit of the place and transmits a true family heritage - from terroir to glass.
