The grapes were harvested in the village of Trigny, which is dominated by sandy and clay-limestone soils, on the southern and southeastern slopes. The wine was fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation. It was aged in the bottle for 2 years on the lees, in order to maintain the delicacy of Champagne. In 2021, the vineyard received organic certification, and this cuvée is one of the first from the organic harvest.
The aroma is dominated by citrus notes. The taste reveals creaminess, with notes of brioche bread intertwined with hints of spices, giving the champagne elegance and depth.

About the manufacturer
The Maxime Blin family champagne house with authentic roots is located in the town of Trigny, just 10 km from Reims. The champagne house brings together the third generation of winegrowers who nurture the family land with love and respect. Their 12 hectares of “mono-cru” vineyards, Côteaux de Trigny, are endowed with excellent south-eastern exposure and sandy-drained soil, which promotes expressive aromas and lightness in the taste of champagne. The grapes are grown organically (certified in 2021), and each stage, from gentle pressing to fermentation, long-term aging, is carried out by hand and with care, revealing the softness and elegance of the terroir.

The family views the vineyards as a living organism, where each part is important for the overall balance. Their philosophy is close to natural agriculture, soil health, plant diversity and animal friendliness are an integral part of their daily lives. Chickens on the farm here are a natural part of sustainable living, reminding us that champagne is not born in a laboratory, but on a real farm. Maxime Blin creates its identity precisely as a family, which is first and foremost farmers, and only then champagne producers, transmitting this earthy and warm philosophy in every glass.
