The aroma opens with notes of lemon, green apple, pear, white flowers, and freshly baked bread. Later, hints of toasted almonds, brioche, and chalky minerality emerge. The taste is dry, elegant, and extremely precise, with fine, creamy bubbles and bright citrus acidity. Lemon, grapefruit, white stone fruit, and a subtle buttery brioche tone from long contact with yeast are noticeable. The aftertaste is long, refreshing, and expressively mineral.

About the manufacturer
Pierre Péters is a family-run grower Champagne house, established in 1919 and today managed by Rodolphe Péters, a sixth-generation representative. The family owns approximately 20 hectares of vineyards in the prestigious Côte des Blancs, mostly in Grand Cru villages, where the chalky soil is considered an ideal location for the Chardonnay grape variety. The Péters family believes that great Champagne begins in the vineyard, which is why each plot is vinified separately to preserve its individual character. Their style is not characterized by power or richness, but by precision, elegance, and expressive minerality, which is why Pierre Péters is today considered one of the most prominent producers of Blanc de Blancs in all of Champagne.
