Poli Distillerie is a family-owned distillery from the Veneto region, founded in 1898 by the Jacopo Poli family. From the very beginning, the family specialized in grappa production, and today the distillery is managed by the fourth generation of the Poli family. The distillery is particularly valued for its traditional copper stills and its attention to the character of the raw materials – grape pomace, fruits, and herbs. Although Poli is best known for grappa, its assortment also includes various liqueurs and other distilled beverages. Production maintains a strong character of Italian family craftsmanship, but at the same time, great attention is paid to innovation, the creation of new recipes, and the exploration of different aromatic raw materials.
