The aroma is extremely complex - lemon, ripe peach, yellow apple, a hint of honey, herbs (fennel, dried hay) and a subtle waxy tone dominate.
In the mouth, the wine is fuller and richer, with a creamier texture, yet retains bright acidity and very clear volcanic minerality. A slight sensation of saltiness and almond bitterness emerges, which adds length and structure. The finish is long, slightly smoky, with citrus zest and a "dryness" of stone.

Prà (Graziano Prà) is one of the most significant names in the modern Soave Classico revolution in the Veneto region. Located in the hills of Monteforte d’Alpone, the winery has been redefining the potential of the Garganega grape since the 1980s, transitioning to organic winemaking, minimal intervention in the cellar, and clear terroir distinction.
