Rotary Blanc de Blancs Metodo Classico Trento DOC Extra Brut 2020

This sparkling wine is an elegant, refined expression of the Metodo Classico from the alpine terroir of northern Italy. The 2020 vintage is characterized by excellent fruit ripeness and a persistent fresh acid profile, which gives it a clear, dry brut style character. The aroma reveals ripe green apples, yellow peaches, citrus peel and light tones of brioche or bread crumbs - signs of long standing on the lees in the bottle ( methode classico ). On the palate it is dry, with fine, long-lasting bubbles and refined acidity that gives a sense of structure, energy and minerality. The aftertaste is long, harmonious, with subtle accents of nuts and white fruit and an elegant clean structure.
