The search for ideal flavor combinations was an adventure in itself. Each root and fruit offers a distinct taste. One may be slightly sweet, another quite tart with an earthy undertone, or very spicy. To complicate matters further: some ingredients react differently to heating than others. But when combined in the right proportions, something distinctive and unexpected can emerge. And that's exactly what happened! With the right preparation process and the critical taste buds of a chef, we managed to precisely balance all these different flavors. First, all organically grown ingredients are mixed in a large pot, where we add and heat everything, step by step in precise proportions. Then we let all the flavors work their magic... Once this process is complete, pasteurization begins. But we don't let the elixir boil! This is important because it ensures that the drink retains a good flavor. This also preserves vitamins and minerals during the process. At the end of the pasteurization process, while the drink is still warm, we pour the golden liquid directly into the bottle. This creates the highest quality in terms of color, taste, and aroma.
