Sattlerhof is one of the most important and internationally renowned family wineries in Southern Styria. The family cultivates approximately 35 hectares of vineyards, with Sauvignon Blanc being their main grape variety. The winery is run by the Sattler family, and the wine estate is complemented by a restaurant and hotel managed by Hannes Sattler. Sattlerhof's philosophy is based on a clear expression of origin: the wines must reflect the specific location, its microclimate, and soil. The Eichberg vineyards are located on steep slopes at an altitude of 450–550 meters, characterized by a cool microclimate and poor gravel and sandy soils. Such conditions help maintain the aromatic intensity of the wines while also providing them with freshness and elegance.
