About the manufacturer

Shinobu 15 Year Old Pure Malt is made from carefully selected malt whiskies, which are first matured in ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks, and then finished in Japanese Mizunara oak. Mizunara is particularly valued for its aromatic profile – notes of sandalwood, incense, coconut, and exotic spices. The whisky is not coloured and is non-chill filtered.
