Made from overripe agave, slowly cooked in stone ovens, fermented in wooden vats with natural yeasts, and double-distilled – first in stainless steel, then in copper stills – this process ensures a clean, rich agave flavor with bright citrus, pepper, and herbal notes.
About the manufacturer
Tequila Ocho was created through a collaboration between Carlos Camarena, a third-generation master distiller, and Tomas Estes, the world's first "Tequila Ambassador," to highlight tequila's connection to a specific agave field and the year's harvest. Each bottle marks a specific field and year, resulting in each batch having a unique flavor profile reflecting the region's microclimate and soil.
