The aroma is dominated by citrus fruits (lemon, lime), green apple, white peaches and white flowers, with a light herbal and hay tone. In the mouth, the wine is dry and refreshing, light-to-medium-bodied, with crisp acidity and a clean, "vertical" structure, which often ends with a subtly salty, mineral aftertaste. The 2024 vintage typically provides even more crispness and fruity energy.
