Eden Valley Riesling is a Riesling with attitude. It never shouts, but it always speaks clearly. It is a wine from the high, cool hills, where the air cools so much at night that the grapes learn patience. Here, Riesling becomes not sweet or playful, but precise, strict and extremely pure. The wine has a scent of freshly squeezed lime juice, lemon zest, white flowers and wet stones. In the mouth it is straight as a string - the acidity is bright but not aggressive, the texture is slender, and the taste spreads slowly, layer by layer.
