The aroma opens with yellow apples, pears, quinces, and white flowers, complemented by notes of white pepper, fennel, fresh garden herbs, and a light yeastiness. A subtle stony minerality is present in the background. The taste is dry, very juicy, and elegant, with a bright yet perfectly integrated acidity. Ripe apples, pears, quinces, citrus, and the characteristic Grüner Veltliner white pepper spice are evident. The mid-palate features a soft creamy texture, and the finish is long, mineral, and refreshingly peppery.

About the manufacturer
Fred Loimer is one of Austria's most prominent winemakers, known for his innovative yet highly conscious approach to winemaking. He took over the family estate in the Kamptal region and purposefully transformed it into a biodynamic one, believing that only living, healthy soil can create truly expressive wine. His philosophy is based on minimal intervention – he allows the wine to develop naturally, avoids excessive technology, and strives for each wine to be a true reflection of its place and vintage. Loimer is also renowned for his courage to experiment – from natural fermentations to creating alternative styles, but always maintaining balance and elegance. For him, the most important thing is not to "impress," but to create a wine that has energy, vitality, and emotion. His wines are often characterized by their purity, freshness, and a subtle yet very authentic character – much like Loimer himself.
