"Weinhof Haider" is a biodynamic winery in Burgenland, Eastern Austria, near Lake Neusiedl, an area with deep winemaking traditions. The winery is run by Berthold and Eva Haider and their family, whose approach is based on biodynamic farming according to Demeter standards. This includes maintaining soil health, promoting natural processes in the vineyards, and minimal intervention in winemaking. Weinhof Haider wines are often produced without chemical additives, without filtration, and often without added sulfites, thus reflecting the original character of the fruit and terroir. The winery offers a wide range of different wines, but "Jung & Sexy" is one of their most playful and approachable sparkling options, featuring the natural vitality of fermentation and the aromas of fresh local grapes.
