Weinhof Haider Jung & Sexy Pet Nat

Weinhof Haider is a biodynamic winery in Burgenland, eastern Austria, near Lake Neusiedlersee, where winemaking has a long tradition. The farm is run by Berthold and Eva Haider and their family, and their approach is based on biodynamic farming according to Demeter standards – which includes maintaining soil health, encouraging natural processes in the vineyards and minimal intervention in winemaking. Weinhof Haider wines are often produced without chemical additives, without filtration and often without added sulfites, so they reflect the original character of the fruit and terroir. The farm has many different wines, but “Jung & Sexy” is one of their most playful and friendly sparkling options, which exudes the natural liveliness of fermentation and the aromas of fresh local grapes. The producers emphasize not only the quality of the wines, but also a friendly, communal atmosphere - tastings and meetings on the farm are part of how they share their wine philosophy with visitors.
