2014 was considered a very good vintage in Napa Valley, with a balanced, not too hot season, thus the wine retains both maturity and structure. The aroma is dominated by black cherries, blackberries, blackcurrants, along with notes of tobacco, cocoa, coffee, spices, and subtle oak. On the palate, the wine is dry, full-bodied, with dense but well-integrated tannins and a rich, concentrated fruit structure. The finish is long, warm, with hints of dark fruit and spices.

About the manufacturer
World's End Wine is a modern Napa Valley winery founded by Jonathan Maltus – a winemaker born in Lagos, Nigeria, who later lived in England and also worked in the Bordeaux region. His idea was to create "Napa with a European accent" – wines that are intense yet structured, with a clear sense of terroir and elegance.
The winery collaborates with high-quality vineyards, including the prestigious Beckstoffer plots, thus using very high-quality raw materials. The name "Rocksteady" is inspired by the Jamaican music style, which symbolizes rhythm, stability, and energy – reflecting the wine's character: dark, rhythmic, concentrated, and powerful, yet maintaining balance.
